Fair reviews. Clear decisions.
What happens after you submit content, raise a concern, or ask us to reconsider a decision.
Submissions go through moderation.
New listings, reviews, and owner responses are checked before publication. Editing published content can return it to the queue. Only published reviews contribute to a community’s ratings.
Moderators assess submissions against the community guidelines. An unfavorable rating alone is not a reason to remove a review. Membership verification confirms a connection to the server; it does not prove every claim in a review.
Review times vary. We do not promise a fixed approval or response time.
Reports give moderators context.
- Sign in and open the community, review, or response you want to report.
- Choose its report control and provide a short reason with relevant details.
- Follow its status under Account → My activity → My reports.
Your reporter identity and case details are not displayed to the reported account. Authorized moderators can access them. Keep sensitive personal information out of your submission.
Read the explanation. Ask for reconsideration.
Your account shows the current status and any explanation shared with you. Internal staff notes are separate. Some older decisions may not have a shared explanation.
- You can appeal your own removed review or response.
- A server owner can appeal their rejected or suspended listing.
- A server owner can dispute a published review of their server.
Use the available appeal control in My activity, or the dispute control beside a review on your server. Explain what you believe was missed and provide relevant context. Opening a case does not automatically restore content or change a score.
An active Discord-linked account is required. Only one open case per item and case type is allowed. Reports and appeals share a limit of 10 submissions in a rolling 24-hour period.
Trust comes with context.
Ownership verification confirms control of a Discord server. Reviewer verification confirms current membership or membership previously recorded by VouchRealm. Neither is an endorsement or a safety certification.
Advertising is not available yet. Future sponsored visibility will be labeled and will not buy a better rating or different moderation treatment.
View my activityYou can still ask for help while suspended.
Sign in with your linked Discord account and open Support requests. Choose Appeal an account decision, select your warning or suspension, and explain why it should be reconsidered. Your receipt, status, and replies remain private to you and the moderation team.
One active appeal is allowed per account decision. Support requests have a separate limit of 3 new requests per rolling 24 hours and 3 active requests. Add follow-ups to the existing conversation. Resolving a request does not automatically restore account access; that decision is recorded separately.
